The Green Lion approach to business can be summed up in four words :
STRAIGHTFORWARD … Life’s too short for messing about. If we can help we’ll tell you how. And if we can’t help, we’ll tell you that too – before seeing if we can point you in the direction of someone who might be able to give you the support you need.
APPROPRIATE … We all have budgets to work within – a fact that some consultants seem to conveniently forget when scoping a proposal! Consequently, we would rather start by understanding the value a project potentially has to your business and agreeing with you up-front what a sensible investment looks like.
PRACTICAL … Although we admire (and dare we say typically deliver!) intellectual rigour and elegant solutions, if a recommendation isn’t practical and commercially viable it doesn’t leave our office. The good news is that the simplest solutions are normally the best. The bad news is that they are often the hardest to find – but that’s our problem, not yours!
HONEST … If you’ve got a problem there is always, by definition, a solution. If there’s no solution to be found, however, then you haven’t got a problem, you’ve got a fact and you’re going to have to learn to live with that fact! We’re experienced enough to know the difference between the two, and big enough to tell you straight if our conclusions are, maybe, not what you’d hoped for.
